The beauty of Aspen trees with an inspiring message of hope and persistence. The view angle on this painting it's supposed to be that one of a high place in the mountains where the the Aspen groove is at the very top and the decline of the hill it's on the back, therefore the clouds seem to be closer to the ground. The trees are imaginarily carved with words of encouragement. On the abstract division (elaborated with pumice stone acrylics) there's a collage of biblical scripture taken from the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 3, that talks about the mysteries of time and it's assigned tasks for every season of our lives. In a bigger picture, no pun intended, beyond the beauty of the painting in itself, artist Isabella Garaffa spreads a message that so many of us need to hear oftentimes, which is the following: "whatever season you are in life, don't loose hope, have faith and don't give up. The right time will come and when it does, you don't want to miss it".
